Diocesan Fee Waiver

The sooner we receive the letter or email from your parish priest, the sooner we can consider your application as complete. Your priest must email the Diocesan Office at Dioceseoepa@gmail.com stating your family are members in good standing for the past year. This email must include the full name of each child being registered.

Cancelation
Request submitted no later than June 15, 2024 for full refund.

Counselor/Staff Application & Registration
Online completion by May 15, 2024 would be greatly appreciated. (Late applicants may be considered based upon the needs of the camp.)
